We had a fantastic experience with Abraham. He was patient in allowing us to ask lots of questions about the driver assistance and tech features of the Lincoln Nautilus. Good selection of new and used cars. We were going to just look, I had been researching cars for months. I had decided between the Nautilus or a slightly used Acura MDX. Once we did the test drive, I was sold. The car is responsive when stepping on the gas and easy to steer, it reminded me of my Cadillac CTS. The Blue Cruise was scary on first drive but I could see the advantages of the technology for longer trips and added safety. Our experience for the purchase was friendly, not pushy. They have been great after the sale to repair a small pin point ding on the front hood. During the repair they provided a loaner that left me feeling cared for and appreciated. Our sales person was Abraham (Bram). He spent more than an hour helping both myself and my husband with car set up and recommendations after the sale. He has also touched base several times to see if I had any other questions.This was a life saver since there are a lot of set up options. I have not owned a Lincoln previously, but an quite impressed with their luxury interiors and smooth ride. The dashboard is unique and classy. The driver assistance takes a little while to get used to but will be great on longer trips or stop and go traffic.I have owned the car now for a month and still get excited to drive it. Based on my experience I would recommend Ford Lincoln of Orange Park for anyone looking to purchase a car. Based on my salesand after sales service, I plan to returnhere for all my car service needs. I look forward to building my relationship with this exceptional team. I would gladly give them more than 5 stars. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Walked into showroom. Several employees standing around talking and laughing. Stood at counter for several minutes and no one greeted us. Looked inside of two showroom cars. No one came to ask us if we needed help. Wouldn’t advise this dealership. Bozard has much better customer service.
I have been bring my car here for the past 2 years for the same problem still not fix, this is so unprofessional. Now my warranty has expired and I am left with the same problem now they're saying this is what's causing the problem well shouldn't you have known that 2 years ago. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE . The mechanics don't know what their doing they just putting a band aid on the problem and take your money. Horrible service
I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. From the time I walked in, did my test drive and left without purchasing there was absolutely no pressure. I returned a couple of days later and made a purchase of a vehicle with out any run around. It was amazing. I would like to give a shout out to Destinie, Cameron, Michael and Brad who all made things go so seamlessly. A BIG Thank You to all of you.
