Staff is very friendly and my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. They were able to mount and balance my 37” tires for my Bronco and it turned out great. Would recommend to anyone.

Gil Allen is an excellent sales person. He is so accommodating and is excellent on follow up. He helped me out with every detail. I recommend highly. A man of the highest integrity The one complaint I have is with all the paperwork required by the Finance Office. I paid cash for my car, but I was subjected to three hours of paperwork. I did not have time to read all the documents I was required to sign. Pure torture.

Would not recommend working with this dealership. Test drove a car, decided to buy it. They told me they were prepping all paperwork the day before so I would be in and out when I came in to pick it up the next day. Well came in and they didn’t have any of the paperwork prepped. Said it was be 40 mins after I was already there for 15. We had our two kids with us that had swimming lessons so we said we only had 15 more minutes and they said they would get it done . Well 15 minutes rolled around and then they said they wouldn’t have it ready so we had to leave. They were so rude. And I told them on the way out that I could have prepared for this had I not been told that they would get me in and out quickly and neither manager even looked at me. Just continued staring at their computers and completely ignored me. It was very clear they didn’t care if they made this sale or not. Probably less incentive when you’re a cash buyer and not purchasing any of their “extras”. I hope some higher levels managers see this but I will never be returning to this dealership.

First id like to mention Mike the Manager for a wonderful car buying experience, went above and beyond to help me with purchasing a used 2023 Mazda Cx5. Your help, advice, and amazing customer service has spoken volumes. Thank you for all you have done. Kristin is absolutely wonderful, and has been beyond helpful with a small weird issue I had and was there every step of the way to help me make sure my car was taken care of.
