I recently purchased a new vehicle, and I can honestly say that Kelvin Johnson was the best sales consultant I have ever worked with. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, never made me feel pressured, and went above and beyond to help me feel confident and excited about my purchase. This new purchase did not feel transactional at all. Definitely felt more like building connection, relationship and finding a solution for me. Kelvin made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. His communication, honesty, and customer service were outstanding, and he truly exceeded my expectations. This is after they acknowledged they put the doors back on incorrectly and promised to fix it. I took it back, they had the car for 3 days and then told me it was ready. They did fix the balancing they initially did incorrectly this time. The battery was also swapped due to a recall (which is why the doors are on crooked). Im getting less mileage with the new battery. I even drive on 2 full tanks and provided them with the mileage. They told me this is normal. I paid a mechanic to fix the doors. He did it in 1 hour. They had the car for 3 days the second time. If you decide to get work done. Go elsewhere. I will note the service staff was polite and professional but whoever is doing the work - if incompetence paid a flat rate, they'd be millionaires.

Geordy Pinzon took the time to listen to what we were looking for and made sure to guide us into the right fit. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The process was smooth, all of our questions were answered, and we felt confident in our decision. We absolutely love our 2025 Explorer, it’s perfect for our growing family and even works great for transporting supplies for our balloon business. Overall, the experience at AutoNation Ford Jacksonville was excellent. I have already referred friends and family to Geordy Pinzon and would definitely continue recommending him and the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Rex took amazing care of me and my Bronco. He went above and beyond to get everything I needed done and even went out of his way to try and fix my seatbelt dinger. You don’t find service like that everywhere. I would recommend AutoNation Ford in Jacksonville to anyone I know. There isn’t a better service crew and Rex is the perfect example of that.
