Jose is just totally legit and an excellent mechanic/business owner! Performed the 30K maintenance on my supercharged 2018 Jaguar for far less than the dealership. I will be using his services in the future...thanks Jose!🙏😎👍💯
I had a really good experience with this auto repair shop when my car started making a grinding sound while braking. I was concerned, so I took it in immediately. The mechanic carefully inspected the brake system and checked each part step by step without rushing. After a detailed inspection, they found that the brake pads were worn out and needed replacement. I appreciated that they showed me the condition so I could clearly understand the issue. They didn’t try to add unnecessary repairs and focused only on what was required. The work was completed quickly, and they tested the brakes properly before returning the car. After that, braking feels smooth and safe again. It was a very honest and reassuring experience overall.
Originally from Jax, I moved away for 13 years, and just moved back to the area. I've been stressing about finding a reliable mechanic shop as I now live nearby. As a woman in my late 30's, it's important to me to find a trustworthy shop to take my 2013 Honda CRV that is still going strong with 222,000 miles. Jose was kind and honest when looking over my car. I was concerned about needing routine maintenance, as it had been a while. He assured me everything looks great, and they will be there when I need my next oil change. I am relieved to have found a great place less than 10 minutes from my house, and my Mom moves back next month, so she will have a place to take her car as well!
Jose is the most honest auto repair professional I have ever encountered — no exaggeration. More times than I can count, I’ve brought a vehicle in and he has fixed it right there in the parking lot, charging me far less than I ever expected. He is a true gentleman, and I cannot recommend him highly enough
I have been using Jose as my mechanic for about 8 years, and would highly recommend him. Logan on his his team is also fantastic. They both communicate well, and are honest and reliable. I would add a sixth star if I could. Thanks Jose and Logan
