I've been coming here for years my last two visits was despondenting. First to last visit I came to get one part fixed while replacing that part he calls me and tell me I should get my spark plugs replaced too during the service of course I agreed and dot the extra service done that cost me more money. Just to get the car back and I was still experiencing the same problem I originally came for I call him to inform him of the same problem and he nonchalantly says it's probably the other part needing to be replaced now meaning when he originally replaced one part he didn't mention that he should replace the rest of them to make sure the other's doesn't break and this situation doesn't happen however he didn't inform me of that in first place when he called me telling me about the spark plugs so I ended up having to bring the car back to him all over again to now pay more money for the same service and part #2 to be replaced. the last time I brought my car in for an oil change he called me and says I have a bad oil sensor and it's leaking oil and he can fix it for more money during the oil change service I frequently get my car service and I know my car has never experienced any problems with oil levels nor any leaks before. Anyhow I just got the oil change service done and nothing else. When I get my car back its smoking and I now have to keep pouring quarts and quarts of oil in my car and now the car oil levels are not reading when I brought him the car I was not experiencing none of these problems.
I just want to say “Thank you” My family and I stopped for gas in Jacksonville(on our way to Savannah Georgia, from West Palm) and noticed the brakes were starting to grind. Ask one of the locals where I can find a mechanic that wouldn’t over charge me. He gave AutoMatt’s. Not only did he charge a fair price to replace front discs and pads. He Asked one of the mechanics to get right on it. With in the hour and a fair price, we were back on the road and continuing our Thanksgiving trip. Honest and caring. Would give a higher rating if that was possible.
My wife needed a new engine for her Chevy Equinox. Matt came highly recommended, and he did not let us down. Matt found an engine for a good price with low miles. Matt's transparency and honesty during this process was refreshing Great customer service and professionalism from start to finish. My wife and now take our vehicles to Automatts for all our vehicle Maintenace needs. Honest and Transparent mechanics are hard to find.
I left my car there late October and we’re going into early December and my car has been SITTING there I’ve called THREE times now and I get no response or a call back and the last time I did speak to them I was told I would hear from them that week guess what I never heard from them since just wish they were more truthful like I said my car has been sitting there for a month and I’ve been told one thing and they did another if it was an issue or if they were “busy” I would’ve took my car else where instead of it sitting there for a whole month it’s literally my only way of transportation and I’ve been sitting here waiting like a fool what’s even crazier is you look at the recent reviews just 6 days ago someone from out of town came to the shop and got their repairs the same day lol I don’t know why I’ve been waiting a month + but don’t worry whatever response they’ll give to Google they can tell me in person because I still have to get my car I have not heard back from anyone at automatts I’m sure they’ll still expect me to pay $100+ for “diagnosing” my car when it’s literally been sitting there 😂
Mr Matt is awesome! He's a good, down to earth guy with reasonable prices, and quality work that doesn't take forever to complete.. He is definitely my new go to mechanic. He even suggested places for me to get an alignment at reasonable prices. I'm so appreciative of him and his services.
