Cannot say how amazing Carl and his family were to us today. We were driving through Jacksonville on a family trip in our Volvo XC90 when our check engine light came on and it started making a funny noise. We were about 15 minutes away from his shop, saw the good reviews and called to see if he could help (O’Steen volvo didn’t even answer in their service department). Brought the car in and Carl diagnosed it just by the sound, ran the computer check to confirm, explained the whole situation and explained how we would be fine continuing on our family vacation given what was happening. His wife and son couldn’t have been friendlier either, truly nice people. Carl clearly has a vast automotive knowledge and wasn’t looking to scam us, even knowing we were in a tight spot. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks autohaus!
The best place to take any make vehicle . He does it all and has an extensive automotive resource on his computer to find anything and resolve any issue and I can’t think of a single make he hasn’t worked on . He has worked on 5 of my vehicles flawlessly He is honest to a fault and a great Experienced mechanic He will give it to you straight without any add ons of bs like the dealers Love this place!
Mr. Basquiat might not have the cleanest shop I've seen, but he knows all there is to know about your oddball car and his ability to help out with great service is second to none. No nonsense or bull overpriced dealership prices. Just the way it used to be. Thanks for staying true to the profession.
Nice and knowledgeable people work there,. These guys can fix anything ! They fixed the AC.and replaced the heater core in my antique 4X4 truck and did a great job. I'm pleased and I'll do business with him again
The absolute best honest mechanic in Jacksonville going there over 20 years. Carl is an honest and knowledgeable mechanic. Family run.
