Autobasics on North Main

I had a very positive experience with this car dealer. The staff were professional, honest, and supportive throughout the entire process. They provided clear details about the car’s condition, pricing, and documents. The vehicle was exactly as promised and drives smoothly. Everything from test drive to final purchase was handled efficiently. Highly recommended for a stress-free buying experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Auto Basics, and I especially want to recognize Miss Diane for going above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. She is easily one of the best sales representatives I’ve ever worked with in Florida. The customer service was outstanding, the process was smooth and easy, and there was never any unnecessary pressure or hassle. Miss Diane was professional, helpful, responsive, and made sure I understood everything along the way. The entire staff at Auto Basics was great, and I truly appreciate how easy they made the car buying experience. If you’re looking for a dealership with great customer service, a straightforward process, and people who actually care about their customers, I definitely recommend Auto Basics. And if you’re shopping with them, ask for Miss Diane, you won’t regret it! 🔥🚗

Auto Basics has been excellent for us. Their prices are fair and they are upfront with all of the vehicle history. They let us look over the vehicle ourselves in their own mechanic shop for free. They were also willing to let us take it to another mechanic to look it over, but they pulled up all the vehicle history and plugged in the their diagnostic device for us to look everything over ourselves. We will definitely be back when we need another car in the future.

Hands down one of the best dealership's we have ever dealt with. Ms. Diane and Mr. George were wonderful!! Customer service- 🔥 Knowledge-🔥 Patience-🔥 Comfortability-🔥 My family and I have found where we will buy all of our kids first vehicles. Best believe we will be back. Thank you so much for making a complicated and stressful endeavor one of the greatest and affordable experiences we will remember. If you want a great selection of cars and affordable prices, these people are the underrated gems of Jacksonville. Thanks again!!😁😁😁
