Walked in for a nail removal was informed of a minor wait. Ended up being 20 minutes and no charge for a plug. Great service and was kept informed of all changes.
This company is something else. They spoke badly of Tire Kingdom, who owns them, then over charged and over sold services like you wouldn't believe. I highly advise to get multiple estimates, and if you do use these guys, you better lock them in to a price before letting them do any work.
My family and I have been a customer of Auto Spot on Touchton for many years. The minute we have any car issue, Daniel is the first person we call. He (along with all the staff) has always been amazing to work with. Not only do they do tires but also our oil changes and much more. They are quick, dependable and a fair price. I cannot say enough good things about them. Daniel and Auto Spot is and will continue to be our place to go!
Very clean shop and great employees. Amazing customer service!
