Really solid experience with Robbie and Robbie Jr. as an out of town buyer. Easy to deal with. Price was as stated. No haggle and no last minute fees. --- Went the extra mile to make sure the title process was handled properly. Upfront and very responsive.
Just another scammer salesman. Sold my son a car for 2200 told him it only needed a tuneup.. Turns out it needs a wiring harness at the cost of almost $5000. Now he won’t answer the phone. The number has been changed or disconnected and he won’t respond on Facebook. Do not trust this dealership
Do not buy from them period. Car has cost more money than what I paid. They dont even get the vehicles they purchased an inspection. So you will inherit previous owners problems.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER UNLESS YOU GET YOUR OWN MECHANIC TO DO A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION The salesman will push for you to use his mechanic, he is untrustworthy and you should not make a purchase if he is the only mechanic who has looked at the car. I came to look at an amazing condition mercedes benz. The salesman gave me the keys as soon as i arrived, didnt bug me with extra questions or information and i had a good experience during my first visit. The next day i arrive at the dealer, my salesman is no where to be found so i go around and view the other vehicles in his and his neighbors lots and end up at a shop a block away from this dealer who says they are a mercedes specialist. I told them i was currently having the car inspected but i wasnt sure how knowledgeable the mechanic would be on all of the mercedes systems and they tell me they would be available for a pre purchase inspection the next morning. I come back to the dealer to find the car has already left the lot and the salesman is no where to be found. I text him asking where his mechanics shop was and made my way over. When i arrived i greeted the mechanic and told him my plan and what i was specifically looking for. Before i can start he tells me he will put the car on a lift and i can look under it. Another major surprise but ok, im a little mechanically knowledgeable and i can take it to the mercedes specialist after. Once it was in the air my buddy and i started looking around, I started in the back while he started in the front. Immediately he pulls me over to show me what looks like a bad oil pan gasket. Not the end of the world but it has made a big mess on the plastic covers and trans pan. The mechanic sees me and my friend looking at this and looking for a source, he tells me the previous owner may have done an oil change and made a little mess and didnt clean it up. this was insane. the entireity of the oil pan was covered in a thick layer of oil and the plastic covers had huge wet spots on the bottom side and the transmission pan was covered in oil from what imagine was when the car was moving and blew over onto the transmission (we couldnt take off the covers). while still looking around under the car the mechanic tells me "ok thats enough" and starts to pull the car down while my buddy and i are under the car. I am beyond in shock. I was able to look under the car for maybe 5 minutes and then forced to leave. I make my way back to the dealer and explain what happened and what i was able to see, he tells me its just an old mercedes. I say i understand, i know what this is, i want to have it properly inspected, not me and my buddy under it for 5 minutes, and ask if we can take it to the specialist (closer to his shop than his own mechanic) and he tells me no. he begins to get angry with me and has to stop and catch his breath while his face is turning red. I tell him i will pay for the inspection myself, he responded "i dont like taking cars to the specialist because they will find every small problem with the car, its an old mercedes its going to have problems" and no matter what reasoning i used with him he only became angrier and angrier. so i left, then 10 minutes later i get a text from him saying we cant take it to any mechanic because his father had taken a deposit for the car the night before and it was not available for purchase. Unbelievable experience at this dealer, ive never met someone who doesnt want to go to a specialist because they know what theyre looking for and i cant believe they would let go of a potential sale because I wanted to be prepared for what i was getting into. the mercedes i was looking was a 2008 e550 rwd with airmatic suspension. It is critical that a specialist or someone more knowledgeable than a general mechanic inspects these systems and checks for any engine or transmission codes or faults, cam phasers, and a laundry list of other specific noises, timings, and systems that could only be realized by someone who knows what to look for.
Robbie made the purchasing of a Sienna 2009 used car easy. He answered all my questions honestly and clear. He was so kind to handle keys over for a test drive not only to me, but to the whole family that came with me so we could get a feeling of the car before deciding to purchase. It was easy to negotiate final pricing and paperwork was processed fast. Highly recommended small dealer in Jacksonville, FL area.
