Auto Fix 4 Less

I am very disappointed with my experience at this so called shop.The pricing was much higher than expected, and I did not feel the charges were adequately explained. What made the experience worse was the customer service. Michael came across as rude and dismissive when I asked questions about the work being performed. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and professionalism, especially when spending their hard-earned money. Unfortunately, I did not receive that here and two days later my car is leaking oil. BEWARE do not take your car to this shop!!!!!!

Actually u was delivering a part there and Micheal a mechanic there noticed my break lights were out. He insisted on changing them for free!!! Where do they do that at? Now, im not even a customer i can imagine the service his customers get. I may have found me a new mechanic!!!

Mike saved me thousands when the dealer couldn't figure out why my car kept stalling and claimed it had a bad ecm. Mike found a broken wire, repaired it, and my car is now running great. Don't believe the dealer. Go to Mike for a second look.

👏🏽 to Mike, best mechanic I have ever encountered. Let’s start with Mike’s kindness, honesty, and upfront personality. I found Mike to be very professional, knowledgeable, and has great wisdom for my 2017 Acura RDX. He found the issue and resolved it so perfectly. My suv was experiencing misfires due to previous owner using incorrect fuel. Mike knew exactly how to handle the fix and did a great job. Very fair pricing especially for a retiree like myself. He did not try to offer more things to be fixed or should I say extra, like other mechanics try to do to make that extra buck. Mike kept it real simple. My SUV feels brand new. I trust Mike’s work, will return anytime I have an issue again and will send referrals to him all day long. We need more mechanics like Mike, period.. Thank you Mike, again and again.
