Authorify is an incredible experience. Not cheap, but the platform is seamless, professional, and truly helps elevate my brand. A special SHOUT OUT to Bruna she is absolutely amazing! Her support, responsiveness, and attention to detail makes the entire process smooth, enjoyable and less stressful. She genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect.

This company delivers their promises and provide prompt support. The books are well written and can be customized. Leo and Bruna are excellent to work with. Here's the secret: this is not a magic pill that once you subscribe your business will automatically expand. They provide coaching and tools which YOU must use and follow their directions to see results. That means YOU WORK with the tools. I love this system. It provides me with structure and ideas with which I can expand to suit my clientele.

🚨 AGENTS BEWARE — MY EXPERIENCE WITH AUTHORIFY 🚨 I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is necessary to protect other agents. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Authorify that I believe others should be aware of before doing business with them. Over the course of several months, I attempted to place large book orders (100+ units). Each time, I was met with delays and inconsistent explanations — ranging from “website errors” to internal team issues. Despite repeated follow-ups, the orders were never fulfilled as promised. The only time I received books was when placing much smaller orders, and even then, fulfillment took far longer than expected. Eventually, due to the ongoing issues, I requested to pause or cancel my service until things could be resolved. At that point, I was told that if I paused, I would forfeit nearly 400 books that were still owed to me. To make matters worse, I was then told the only way to access those books was to reinstate my account and pay thousands of dollars upfront. From my experience: • They are quick to collect payment • Slow to deliver on commitments • Unwilling to provide reasonable solutions when issues arise This did not feel like a partnership — it felt one-sided and transactional. The biggest takeaway for me: the service is heavily sold on the idea of what it can do for your business, but in my experience, the execution did not match the promise. On the positive side, this experience pushed me to explore alternatives — including creating and printing my own materials at a fraction of the cost using ai and Canva at less than half the cost of these over price books. I signed up with Authorify hoping it would help grow my real estate business and provide the services and support that were presented during the sales process. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I personally did not see results from the system, and several services I expected were either unclear, difficult to access, or never fully materialized in the way I anticipated. When I attempted to cancel after the renewal charge, I learned the agreement had automatically renewed for another 12 months. To their credit, they did confirm there would be no future renewals, but I was ultimately unable to obtain a refund despite my concerns and dispute efforts. My advice to anyone considering this service: • Read the renewal terms very carefully • Track cancellation deadlines closely • Make sure you fully understand what services are included and how they are delivered This was an expensive lesson for me, and I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision.
