Aurora built my house 20 years ago. Recently I had a problem with my A/C ducts. I called several A/C companies and could not get an honest solution to my problem. Finally I called Aurora to see if they could recommend a company that would solve my problem. The owner, Mike Lenahen, did some research and recommended a company that came, looked at my problem, explained how to fix it and did not charge me for the analysis. (They recommended another company to do the work.) Getting help with a problem 20 years after the construction of my home is above and beyond what most companies would do. I highly recommend Aurora. The home they built has stood up very well over the 20 years and everyone who visits states how beautiful it is.
Aurora builders attention to detail and craftsmanship is unmatched. The quality of their work is exceptional paired with amazing customer service that makes any project a breeze. I would highly recommend. Michael Lanahan is very easy to communicate with and has a great vision and passion for what he does.
Great to work with and always have your best interests in mind while making sure you don’t go off the rails. Style and practicality. Highly recommend.
AURORA CUSTOM HOMES has failed to uphold their 1 year warranty on our custom home in Atlantic Beach, FL. We are now in legal proceedings with them to try get them to do the right thing by us. They have been unresponsive, disrespectful and even deceitful since we paid them in full at the end of our project. Please save yourself the heartache and money and use a truly reputable builder in the Jacksonville area. Please contact me directly if you have any questions.
Absolutely striking phenomenal homes with attention to detail like I have never seen, which says a lot as I’ve owned many homes and seen even more homes I haven’t owned. Highly recommend.
