Honest and upfront service with no pressure. They looked my vehicle over and made observations. Items I would never know were wearing out without a lift and a trained eye. They prioritized the repairs by severity not cost and offered financing options if needed. The staff as a whole are a pleasure and easy to work with.
I was just able to in 48 hours from 3000 miles away on FaceTime buy a car from Aiden who was an outstanding salesman. He gave me a great video walk-through the car within minutes. I arranged for a third-party to come out on my behalf a couple hours later to drive and test the car for me. Couple hours later, we did the paperwork and I own the car. This was all within about five hours for me finding the car online. The price was great too Then Aiden arranged to have the car dropped off at a customer upholstery shop where I’m having the interior redone. I highly recommend this dealership. They didn’t know me from anyone. I was just a person who fell out an online form, saying I was interested in the car.
Pleasant experience overall, a little confusion on numbers but we got there in the end. Car was as described, there were a few small things that I will have to deal with but overall good on value for money. Andrew was great and his first time selling a car, you could see him using his training to make sure that my Wants and needs as a customer was met. I’ve previously done motor-trade sales and know how telling it can be, late nights and dealing with finance companies. All the lads stayed up late with me to get the deal out the door and make sure everything was seamless as possible. Start as you mean to go on, they are doing that.
All service advisors are competent, articulate, and polite. I ALWAYS bring my 2008 Audi A6 4.2 for EVERYTHING, from tires to complicated engine work. Their prices are inline with independent—so called—experts. If you drive an Audi, keep it serviced by Audi.
Walked in and spoke with Rachel about purchasing tires for my Audi A8. Less than 24 hrs later they were mounted, balanced, and I was out the dealership. It wasn’t that bad of a cost for the quality of tire I received. Thanks Rachel, you will see me again…
