Atlantic Self Storage

I had a wonderful check-in experience. They were very accommodating when I had to change my move in date (multiple times). The owners, Jubil and Elliott, were very kind, friendly, and helped my check-in process go very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Have been a customer for several years and was looking to step up a size in storage. Elliot and Jubal were super helpful and made the process simple and painless. They even went as far as to find a size I wanted very close to the smaller unit so I wouldn't have to move it very far. Always so friendly with a wave or popping their heads out of the office to say hi (even remember my name). This is customer service that I thought was dead and buried. If you are even thinking about renting storage, you have to call them. You won't be sorry.

I’ve been at this Atlantic Self Storage location since 2022, and the current managers are by far the best we’ve had. Eliott and Jubal are truly the best managers we’ve ever worked with, not just in storage but across any business. Anything we’ve brought to their attention has been handled in less than 24 hours, with a full resolution right away, not just a “we’ll follow up later.” On top of that, they’re just genuinely nice people, which makes the whole experience even better. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly care about keeping things running smoothly. It makes a huge difference and is very appreciated.

Upper management said us to leave because he said we were selling my deceased brothers items on premise. Were we’re not! We explained we were selling online and we either we ship or the Buyer meet us outside the property. This was approved prior to us renting. We explained in detail how we were handling this, and we were not allowing people to come on the property. We paid a little over $1200 for two months and to get this kind of service by upper management shows lack of compassion, lack of consideration then we moved out per his request.
