I went to set up a storage unit on ft Caroline Rd and the gentleman was very helpful and professional in manner. He made the process very easy. I ended up not using the unit and he was very helpful in making sure I wouldn't get any extra charges after I cancelled the rental. Appreciate!

For almost 25 years, I stored thousands of record albums and sports cards in a climate controlled unit at the Atlantic Self Storage Facility on Fort Caroline Road in Jacksonville, Florida. I have moved to Georgia to be near my children and grandchildren. Last weekend, I visited my unit for the last time and had to end a great working relationship. I always received great customer service, right until the last minute. The young man on duty helped us load up some heavy materials into our car. Everything I stored in the unit was in the same condition it was when I first put the items in the unit. Thank you, Atlantic Self Storage!
Looongtime renter of 4 5x10 units with only myself unable to find time to likely consolidate into possibly one large climate-controlled unit. Almost seamless progression through a number of managers through the years with all eager to please. Only disclaimer is inevitable economy-required rent increases with sometimes less/lost multiple unit discounts over 30 some odd years
It was very easy to reserve a unit online, as was finalizing paperwork at the office. The front desk person was so helpful and showed me exactly where to find the unit. I appreciate the hours of operation, especially being open so late on Saturdays.
I put in a reservation online. Later that day I went in. The guy showed me the unit and was patient at the fact I had a small child with me. Once back at the office it took about 10 minutes and I was done. He was super nice and thorough! Picture of a 10*5
