Kim was really helpful and knowledgeable in explaining my rates and the process since this was my first experience needing a storage unit. Now that it is getting emptied she has also made that transition smooth. I appreciate her help and kindness during both of my transitions. I’ll be recommending this location in the future for sure!!!!
I had a great experience with Atlantic Self Storage! Kim was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Her son Nick also called me right away to schedule a rental at a time that worked best for me, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish — highly recommend!
Atlantic Self Storage- Julington is fantastic. Nick and his mother Kim are always so kind and helpful. We ran into some problems in the past with health and finances and they were great in working with us. I recommend this facility to everyone!
I recently concluded my rental with Atlantic Self Storage and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by Kim and Nick. Kim was exceptionally accommodating during our large move-out, ensuring everything went smoothly and efficiently. She was consistently pleasant, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. Prior to moving out, I had several questions regarding future billing and administrative details, which I submitted through the website portal. Kim promptly followed up with a phone call to address all of my concerns with clarity and professionalism. The level of customer service I received exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Kim and Nick at this location for anyone seeking a well-managed and customer-focused storage facility. David Clark
This was a perfect solution for our in between homes situation. The office staff were helpful and courteous. Their facility was always clean and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend.
