Love the facility, love the customer service. Everything about it was easy and convenient! Heather is amazing, and really made the whole process simple and comfortable. The place is super clean, and Iv been to a lot of storage facilities and this one is tip top!
Atlantic Self Storage should be proud to have Heather as a GM. She was so helpful and resourceful but what was most captivating was her smile and energy. Highly recommend for all your storing needs.
Heather made the rental process super easy! She called me to introduce herself when I reserved my unit and gave me clear instructions on next steps. She was more than welcoming when I came in to get a look at my unit, get my lock etc and she walked me to my unit and gave me a little tour. I fully recommend Atlantic self storage. Perfect location if you’re in twenty mile Nocatee too!
We had great service when adding a new rental unit recently. Heather Jordan was great to work with and got it done very quickly. She even stayed late so we could get our new unit. The storage units are also very clean, and convenient. Highly recommend Atlantic Self Storage. And thanks to Heather!
We have had units here for over 2 years and we are very satisfied with the professional and safe environment. The staff is quick to take care of every issue, from ants to the gate keypad being hard to press, the facility is well taken care of! Heather Y goes above and beyond to make this storage facility the best it can be… she drags the streets with a magnet to pic up nails, she has her eyes on those cameras, but her smile and friendly demeanor are what make it enjoyable to stop by and take care of some business.
