I was very pleased with the representative that helped me over the phone. She was patient, kind and courteous. When I arrived at the facility it was very clean and inviting. Someone at the office kept the door open instead of me having to keep putting my code in which I thought was very thoughtful.
Jeremiah was a pleasure to deal with. Took care of our needs immediately. Very impressive. He deserves a raise. Cannot say the same for the local staff working the desk. He took care of our concerns and it was super simple.
Amazing staff at Atlantic Storage on Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, FL. The facility was always immaculate and very well lit! I always felt safe there. Need storage? This is the place!
Lisa is quite knowledgeable of Atlantic Self Storage services. She greeted me as I entered the building with a huge smile and boundless energy. I immediately recognized that this is the person I want to do business with. Wendy and Lisa make a great team and I look forward to my continued usage of your services!
The staff here are very helpful and kind, they held a reservation for my unit for longer than they needed to and communicated in a way that was helpful but not overbearing. The place is clean, temperate, and the elevators are huge.
