My experience with Atlantic Self Storage has been nothing short of perfect and amazing. I visited the Yulee location to get information about the Ponte Vedra Beach location, and the young lady there was so helpful and kind even though she knew I wasn’t interested in a rental in her facility. She represented the company incredibly well and even called ahead to the location near my home to let them know I would be visiting later that day. My experience at the Ponte Vedra Beach location was a repeat - I was treated incredibly well; the young lady there had what I wanted, the paperwork was quick and easy, and when I got to the unit I rented, it was clean and in perfect condition. And the pricing is great too! I could not have asked for a better experience and I am very grateful to be doing business with Atlantic Self Storage. I’ve been telling everyone.
My husband and I were moving my mother from Tampa to Ponte Vedra and needed storage in between her moving in. We arrived at Atlantic self storage to find Ben. I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years and he was such a delight. He was very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. We have since vacated the premise, however, if we are to rent again, we definitely would Atlantic self storage. He is an asset to your company!
They were very professional and took the time to explain about the storage. Most important thing is that somebody's there if you ever need anything . Much as I wanted a new storage unit I am very happy with Atlantic self storage. Did not have a good experience with the new storage facility.
I only have great things to say about Atlantic Self Storage in PVB. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even recommending cost-saving options. The facility was always easy to access, clean, and maintained at a good temperature for storing items. I was worried about humidity / potential mold issues with storing some of our items, but we never had a problem. I highly recommend this facility.
Everything about my experience with Atlantic Self Storage was nothing less than perfect. The customer service is wonderful. One time they took the time to call me after closing on a Friday to let me know I didn’t close my unit correctly. They take care of everyone they way they would their own. Thank you for the experience.
