I’ve been a tenant at Atlantic Self Storage for 8 years and overall have been pleased with the facility. I’ve never had any issues accessing my unit and the security is good. They do raise rates, but it is standard protocol for rates to be increased, but comparatively the pricing is fair. I needed to downsize my unit and was extremely pleased to come into contact with an employee, Tom. He was super helpful, reliable, easy to work with and really made my experience in down sizing go very smoothly. A great option if you need a storage unit at the beach.
Tom is amazing!!! Answered all my questions and was so helpful!! I got the perfect storage unit for our needs and will definitely be using them again if needed because of Tom!!!
The manager and her incredibly knowledgeable, friendly assistant, with top-notch customer service providers, walk you through every step of the contract process, and even offering to purchase a lock through them, which I highly recommend because they are cheap cheaper than what you can buy at Ace Hardware. I choose the Ashland facility on Atlantic Boulevard in Atlantic Beach. That is a top-notch facility, especially the management team and their assistance.
From my first visit to the facility and renting a space, everything has been wonderful. Tom originally opened my account and always took the time to answer any questions and listen to any concerns. A huge kudos to Crystal and her manager( his name escapes me right now) for making the last part of my stay very manageable for me. You all have a great team. Thanks a million. :)
The staff is incredibly polite! And my unit door became hard to open, they got right to fixing fast and efficiently. I'm very impressed with being at Atlantic Storage and impressed with there staff.
