Atlantic Self Storage

Used Atlantic Self Storage a couple of times to store my kids stuff in between moves. Joe the manager is the best. Not only helpful but just a great person. He makes sure everything is satisfactory and always makes a point to say hi if he sees you. This makes our experience there one where we would definitely recommend some to use this facility.

Pretty solid management overall. I chose this location because it was close by and I needed a place to store a lot of my excess items after downsizing to a smaller home with no garage. It was a straight forward process to rent a unit and just as simple to cancel my rental now that I have a larger place after a around a year. Main door access is pretty straightforward and if you're going to be there for a while during long moves you're welcome to ask the front desk to keep a door open for you so that you don't have to type in the access code for every trip (during business hours of course).

The storage facility at Grand Bay is nice, the unit space was good. The service is great. A shout out to Joe! The reason for moving was the price. The rent went up three times at $50 each time without notice. Atlantic Storage could do a better job with notifications of up coming increases.

Amazing service, clean facility, staff is very accommodating. Joe (manager) is hands down one of the nicest individuals I have ever met. He was always joyful and spoke when he saw me, treated me like family, was super accommodating and even shared great stories!! If I ever need storage space again - without hesitation this will be my go to!
