Atlantic Self Storage may not be the newest or the shiniest self storage options in St. Augustine, but the buildings are clean, dry, and bug free. The ability to access your storage unit 24/7 and on holidays can be more convenient that one might expect. The staff, especially Heather, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She seems to take it as a personal challenge to be as friendly as she can be to everyone. I don’t usually give a five star rating to a business, but Atlantic Self Storage earned it. Thank you.
Heather and Scott are awesome! Very friendly and caring…they make you feel like family. The building is always clean and the bathrooms are spotless! They called me to let me know I didn’t secure my unit properly…I found out they routinely walk through the building, checking for problems and ensuring customers like me, lock their units up and inform them by phone or email if they find a problem. Job well done…Thanks Heather and Scott!
It always comes down to people. The folks that manage my atlantic self storage are incredible human beings. Professional and courteous. I have complete piece of mind that my property is protected. I would recommend atlantic self storage to anyone. I have great respect and appreciation for the people at my atlantic self storage. I hope this review draws attention to the great work they do and they are recognized for everything they have done Thank you
PEACE PIE has rented from Atlantic storage at 312/A1A south many times over the past 10 years to assist us through business transitions, and many seasonal transformations. Accessibility to the units 24 hours a day, elevators, and plenty of complimentary moving dollies on hand, made getting things in and out of their facility Easy as PIE! We support this locally run business and recommend them to everyone for climate controlled, long term or short term storage needs!
Heather and Scott are fantastic to work with. They care about the people and they leave no detail untouched. They have the experience to guide people to the storage they need. They are helpful, courteous, caring, and really nice people to work with. I am a returning customer because of all the positive interaction.
