My son just started his first month of pottery classes here, and so far he is really enjoying it. He has four classes this month, so we are still at the beginning, but it has already been a very positive experience. I really love the studio itself. It’s beautiful, organized, and has that wonderful pottery-studio atmosphere where everything you need is there and you can simply focus on creating. I also appreciate that my son has a designated space for his work between classes. I’ve always loved working with clay myself, so after spending some time here, I’m seriously considering becoming a member and coming in regularly to work on my own creations, glaze and fire my pieces, and just enjoy having a creative space. We’re very happy with our experience so far. ❤️🏺
Paul was absolutely wonderful. Was very informative, gave tips, and even showed us some of the art that has been done by the community. They even went out of their way to point out potential discounts for us even though they didn’t have to. You can tell they’re very passionate about their craft and the community surrounding it. The store was also very easy to navigate as everything is meticulously organized to make shopping super easy even for someone like me who doesn’t understand this craft fully. Lovely place. You’re missing out if you haven’t been.
This is by far the best pottery supplier! Not only the owner, Paul, is awesome and knowledgeable, he's friendly and always willing to help. I've taken private classes and group classes and I highly recommend both! I must for any art teachers in the area!
Atlantic Pottery Supply has everything you need. The studio is well located and welcoming, it’s setup perfectly for browsing and comparing colors. I was very happy to see an expansive variety of underglaze and glaze products, tools everything you should need all in one place. Paul was super helpful and nice to chat with he informed us the different events coming up and the Holiday sale in November. I will definitely be coming back to get more supplies at Atlantic Pottery Supply.
Absolutely phenomenal selection and service! We stopped in for a stretch break during our road trip back to Raleigh, NC from Port St. Lucie (and because I was on the hunt for some more high fire wire). The retail space is small but incredibly well organized and stocked. Shelby was super kind, friendly, and helpful while we shopped. Atlantic Pottery Supply is definitely going into our regular rotation of stops when passing through!
