There’s a reason these scum have a 1.5 review and falling. They screwed up my insurance information and rather than fix it and reinvoice the insurance company they sent someone to my house to take back my cpap machine. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TRASH COMPANY
They don't communicate on billing matters. They also failed to obtain documentation to have my equipment covered by insurance, and dropped the balance on me instead. Waste of (months of) time and money.
On the eve of hurricane hermine and labor dsy weekend , 'manager'.. Denied 02 tank refills ... After 0ver a year claimed I was 2 days past. Getting. Proper documents for need !!! I did not need the tanks but o was getting prepared in case of power outage
Horrible company. Don't answer the phone. Don't make you aware of co-pay. Poor customer service. Do not use.
