I had an excellent experience at Eye Atlantic Institute at Bennett Road, from my initial eye exam to my surgery. The entire staff was very accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Bernadette for consistently following up with me and handling all the paperwork to ensure my surgery was scheduled without any problems. I also want to thank Dr. Sheila Pabon for her exceptional care, kindness, and expertise during my surgery. The front desk staff and the optometrists were also outstanding, friendly, helpful, and very professional. I highly recommend Eye Atlantic Institute to anyone looking for excellent eye care. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service!

Each person with whom I dealt——checking in, preparing for doctor, escorting me in to see the doctor was gracious, friendly, seemed to like being there and doing what they did! Dr. Duss was attentive, answered my questions, and assured me that my eye (cataract surgery) was healing nicely. He also explained in more detail when/where I should wear each pair of protective glasses, which was helpful.
bunch of staff buzzing around each other not doing much of anything while appointments sit 20 + minutes past their time with no communication about why. When asked how late they planned to be for my 8:05a app of course they came back with the only reason they could "an early emergency" knowing it would be confirmed and shouldn't be questioned by a decent person. Then just for fun they tell you that you are being dilated 6 months after just getting that done. No and a reaction to motion sickness patches that dilated pupils is the reason for my vision change and apt. WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND TRUST IN A MEDICAL PROVIDER. Totally worth the hassle of finding a new eye doc!
Dr. Austin Felver is an excellent eye doctor! He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Felver and Atlantic Eye—excellent care and a great experience!
Every member of the staff was very pleasant and efficient from the front office through the entire experience. Three different patients walked in when I was there and the staff was persistent in getting resolution to resolve the patients’ concerns. Dr. Duss is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation and treatment. Very impressive
