Atlantic Eye Institute - Jacksonville

Atlantic Eye Institute is phenomenal. Clean. Staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. My kids were out of summer camp the week before school started and I didn’t want to reschedule - the staff was amazing and accommodated the extra little humans at my appointment. I was able to have my prescription renewed without any issues. I’ve been utilizing the 3rd Street or Atlantic Blvd locations for the past decade and don’t see using anyone else in the near future!

This place is amazing!! From the moment I walked in to when I walked out, I had nothing but a good experience. The receptionists were super nice and dr.Mileski is amazing,patient, and well educated! She was very reassuring and very knowledgeable on what was going on with my eye. She’s a literally queen 🤩

This place! This incredible place! I'm a patient of Dr. Felver, a very patient, thorough not to mention very professional. A very kind Optimologist. Then there's the ever golden Jazma up at the receptionist area. Golden bc she has gone above and beyond the help I needed. (Medical records need to be faxed to DDS and she said she was willing to help me do that. Actually completely do it. I thanked her for this and twice on Sunday! Thanks again, Jazma! You are gold!! I recommend this place to anybody who needs a check up, new glasses/contacts. I swear by them!

Everyone was more than helpful and understanding and accommodating of my Husband's particular situation! From the Front Desk, to every single person that helped us in the process, to the last person to help complete his visit! It was a very nice surprise to have such a positive experience!
