Absolutely love our new spa. Had it delivered a few months ago, got the AspenSpas Pinnacle 8ft. Their showroom was closed for renovations when we were shopping but they have their inventory stored off site and their salesman was super helpful at showing us what they had available. We ended up placing a custom order only cause we really wanted the touch screen and that one wasn’t in stock. Took about 4 weeks to get in. Delivery was quick and they were able to get it into my backyard and up onto a 1ft leveling platform I had built for it. Thanks again to the whole team we love our new spa.
We bought our hot tub from them in 2014. I’m not exaggerating when I say my family and I use the hot tub at least every other day. This is a huge shout out to their technician Rob! When something goes wrong, such as a leak, fuse or a pump - we get worried it’s time to get a new one. But this guy is awesome, and continues to revive it. (We’ve only needed about 3 times over the years but it’s so relieving to feel like we have a doctor for our spa). Thank you guys again for adding luxury and incredible comfort to our standard of living.
Ken and all of the staff have been Amazing. Just delivered our SwimSpa which is going to be enclosed in an all-season room. Wonderful to work with — they held the spa for us while we obtained permits for the vault to drop the spa below ground level and complete building room. AtlanticCoastSpas was recommended to us by a friend who purchased her first swim spa from the 20+ years ago -she has never had an issue with service and was spot on in her recommendation - honest, professional, reasonable prices, and just really nice.
We bought our first Hot tub from Ken about 20 years ago. Bought our second one about 10 years ago. He provided great service on both of them. Our second needed repair after Irma flooded us in 2017, still had great service. We no longer live here and wish I could find someone like them up in the North Georgia Mountains.
