David did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue with my LG washer. The part came in a couple days later and it came back and installed the part and checked the washing machine out. I appreciated his talent as a skilled dishwasher, repairman, and a nice guy as well.

I used this company to get an estimate for dryer heating element not working. They sent out a repairman who said in an estimate that I needed three parts totaling $750. The parts were twice the cost found online and if I didn't use them to make the repair, I would still have to pay $119 for receiving the estimate. I was also given an estimate for a new appliance at $1500. I then sent out more reliable repairman who fixed the issue with an $18 fuse! I also found out from my tenant that the estimate was given without even pulling the dryer away from the wall to investigate the problem. Had they pulled the dryer out, they would have seen and reported a transmission leak on the floor which was never mentioned. The entire estimate was completely made up and they did refund me my $119 for the cost of the estimate. I do not recommend this company and see similar reviews where they blame a technician and don't take responsibility for scamming people.
