At Home

Today, I had the most amazing experience at this location. During my shopping trip, I had the pleasure of meeting Gianni and Ray, both young men with the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Please recognize these two young men for their hardwork and great work ethics.

The people at the Orange Park, FL At Home went above and beyond to help me find the items I was looking for because they weren’t yet out on the floor. One item was especially difficult to find. Then they had to use a palette cart to get the three large boxes out, and then they had to put up with my gift card not wanting to apply to the order. My order was just causing them all kinds of stress, but they were so kind. And Mike (I hope I’m allowed to mention names) helped us out by taking the items out to our SUV and even taking one item out of the box so we could fit it in the back. Seriously, these people are so kind, so efficient and so patient!

I was a disappointed with this visit, two weeks after Christmas. The Christmas items were spread out around the store with sign’s everywhere telling you Christmas items were 50% off, except when we tried to checkout we were told our selections were not marked down. None of the self serve price scanners had been working that day so we had just taken the signs at face value. Rather than pay the full retail price for Christmas accessories we just left them on the counter. There was also sections of Halloween and Fall decorations with signage stating it was marked down, but who knows if it really was.
