DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. BUYER BEWARE. This would be zero - stars if they allowed it. I went to the Yulee, Florida store and spent several thousand dollars over the past three months. The short of the story is that they sold me a storage bed frame knowing I had an adjustable base. After 4 of their crews coming to my house, and several attempts to make this right, the are willing to give me my money back (or exchange the bed frame) but not do anything with the dresser or the end tables. Corey, the manager is not a reasonable person to deal with. He thinks he is Mr. Ashley himself. This is how my bed looks after more than two months. Half put together and waiting to fall. A lawsuit waiting to happen I think. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.
We Visited the New Ashley Furniture store in Yulee and The staff was great!! Evelyn was very helpful and Explain their procedures. They had great prices and were easy to work with to get our new living room furniture!!Our furniture will be delivered in 3 days..Thanks Again Evelyn we will be back for more furniture in the future!! We needed a new couch that would fit out height and physical comfort. Alanah was patient letting us explore until we had questions. She gave detailed information and instructions to purchase our new Ahslee furniture. Thank you.
My wife and I (and Gracie our Yorkie)had a wonderful shopping experience in the new Ashley store in Yulee Florida thank to Evelyn Johnson. Evelyn was very knowledgeable when it came to not only the inventory on the floor but items available on line as well. It was good to see how the entire staff worked together making the experience what it should be. Evelyn answered every question with confidence and professionalism. All of this coming from a 64 year old country boy whose ideal shopping experience is looking for a new pair of work boots or a new truck. Great job to the entire staff at the Yulee Ashley. Thank You
We had an outstanding experience working with Jen! From the moment we walked into the store, she made us feel welcomed and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Jen went above and beyond to help us find the perfect furniture for our new home while staying within our budget. She answered every question thoroughly, walked us through all of our options, and made sure we were completely comfortable with our purchase. Her professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, but Jen truly exceeded our expectations. She turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into an exciting and stress-free one. We are so grateful for all of her help and will absolutely be back for future purchases. If you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for Jen, you won’t be disappointed!
