Front desk staff and MA’s were kind and welcoming. My appointment time was honored and I was seen in a timely manner. However, I don’t feel like a thorough exam was completed. No strep, flu, or Covid test completed when I presented with symptoms that could have been any of the above. The provider asked twice if her plan of care was alright by me - I respectfully told her this is her area of expertise, not mine. If further testing was needed I was on board. She left to speak with another provider and came back with scripts and no further diagnostics offered. I do feel things perhaps would have been handled differently if I was not the 6:10pm appt with closing at 7:00. With hindsight what I mistook for efficiency, really was the providers trying to get me out the door and not delay quitting time.
Was a walk in, on a Monday after a holiday weekend. I was able to be seen relatively quickly considering how busy it was they were doing their best to get everyone seen. Rick saw me & took care of addressing my concerns, hearing me out and covering my options. He went above & beyond to check on the compatibility of the prescription he was writing with the fact I’m nursing to ensure not only my health but my baby’s.
It was very easy and a rather quick appointment. I set up an appt online and waited about 10 minutes. Once in an exam room it all went quick and to the point. Hopefully I wont need to but if so, definitely would use this provider again for urgent care.
Scheduling the appointment through the app was quick and easy. The front desk check-in was straightforward and efficient. The highlight of my visit was Rick, the nurse practitioner. He was friendly, personable, and took the time to thoroughly discuss my condition and the different treatment options, making sure I understood the best approach for healing. I really appreciated his compassionate care and would gladly return because of the excellent experience with him.
Was very pleased with the professional medical care we received. ARNP Rick Albarran was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and met our every need. He went beyond my expectations. Best experience in a medical treatment facility in many years. The nurse assistant did a wonderful job also. Very pleased with her performance
