This Urgent Care is the best in Jacksonville, from the front desk staff to the end, everyone is very professional, compassionate and caring. The office is clean and neat. Special thanks to Mary, Derricka, and Jocelyn who are very helpful and friendly

I took my elderly mother here and we were treated with warmth and kindness. From the front desk to the medical assistant to the wonderful Dr Nichole Atkins. Dr Atkins went above and beyond with her care and explanations. We’re very appreciative.

I needed an antibiotic. Would not prescribe one. Waited 5 days on result of a specimen culture. Called everyday for the results. Finally got the results directly from LabCorp. To this day Ascension has yet to call me with the results. Finally went to an ER, gave me a prescription for an antibiotic. Finally getting better. No way to treat someone in need.

Went to ER and advised my condition was due to a medication I was taking due to I had taken before and did same thing. First, never experienced taking an ekg in the hallway in front of everyone. Second, The PA came in working with Dr Simmons and was very arrogant acting did not listen to what I was saying. Then Dr Simmons came in asked a direct question about my cardiac history. I misunderstood and gave him an answer. He came back sharply “That’s not my question, listen, so now answer the question “. However Kevin Ecee in ER that took bloodwork was very professional and extremely kind and helpful. Once in a room that was extremely old looking, couldn’t hardly move and almost seemed dingy and dirty. Never in life had a 2 person room and so small. When going thru various test I could hear talk among staff, expressing their discontent in TMH and coworkers. It wasn’t one area but a couple. My first night night nurse was excellent and sorry I can’t remember name but think it was Chu or Che?
