Friendly, efficient at front desk. PA & staff took Covid and viral swab tests=good. I am into my 5th day with upper respiratory infection and not much better. I am taking the two prescriptions and Claritin as PA suggested. No antibiotic was ordered.
The Drs. are very caring there and the wait is only about 15 min. for walk in urgent care. This is my 3rd time using that location for immediate care. I came in with a very swollen eyelid and my vision on the right eye was blurry. They emphasized that I needed to see Clay Eye the next day. I made an appointment and they told me it was not pink eye but a clogged oil duct in my eyeled and to apply a warm compress and massage. The swelling is going down.
They want you to cancel. If i was a black man im sure i would have been treated better. Last time I will come here. Watch a self pay patient that came in after me , go back ahead of me. Update , all they wanted to do was send me to the Emergency room so they could go home , the doctor doesn't know how to do a check blood pressure. I came home and checked it with our blood pressure wrist cuff and it was perfect like it has always been. And now they claim i hit someone with the clipboard. Liars work here . Good luck to anyone visiting this place. I will never go back.
I did not have to wait long to see the PA. Very happy with her, took her time, very friendly and thorough. The prescriptions she ordered really helped me in the time she said they would.
Excellent service. Got right in with no waiting. I was expecting hours of waiting time that is normal for an emergency room. The Doctor and nurses were excellent, friendly, and thorough. I can’t thank them enough.
