My stay at Ascension was great. My surgery check in nurse Kayla was absolutely fantastic and made me feel comfortable from the moment she took me back from the waiting room. Dr. Martin is a top notch physician. From day one I knew I was in good hands with him. All the OR nurses were amazing. As far as my nurses on the 4th floor only 3 stuck out and that was Ms. Glenda her student nurse, my overnight nurse Ms. Briana and my check out nurse Ms. Sophia. The three of them deserve a Daisy award as they actually take the time with the patient and listen and explain how things work or what’s going on. One of the PCT that was training another PCT on Friday did have a little attitude when she first entered my room. One thing I think should change that I see happen at Baptist is the patient shouldn’t have to call and place their meal orders. Someone from dietary should be going around and taking the patients orders. What happens if the patient forgets? Overall I was satisfied with my stay and care.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hospital! I have had all four of my babies here, and every experience has been exceptional. The doctors and Labor & Delivery nurses have always been knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and incredibly supportive. I’m so grateful to the entire team for making each of these special moments so positive and memorable. Thank you for taking such amazing care of me and my babies!
The majority of the St. Vincent's staff was great - very kind and attentive. I was dismayed by the lack of communication from the two women who were staffing the surgery waiting area. And there were no people who could provide information to my daughter after my surgery (in the general waiting area.) My surgery was late in the day, but there should have been better post op communication.
I will say this hospital 🏥 is 100% awesome. I will say every single person that has been taking care of me. From house keeping to the doctors was awesome. I mean every single person was so kind to me. I highly recommend that everyone go to this hospital. Even the people that called me from there was so kind. I don’t have anything bad about this hospital 🏥. Now I wish I could work there knowing that everyone ambitions are the same showing care to all their patients. the service is awesome 👏. For now on I would not go anywhere else but here. To everyone who took care of me thank you 🙏🏽 from the bottom of my heart ❤️. lol after I was there for my first heart attack. Again thank you to everyone. To the CEOof this hospital 🏥 you should feel very proud. Job well done 👍🏽. 1000 stars ⭐️
Scheduling process wasn't intially the best; however, one of the more tenured staff members (stepped in and) created a pleasantly memorable experience. Service personnel showed great care. Ample parking. Easy to locate the appointment site. Check-In process was a little rough. Lacked professional etiquette. Procedure / Exam / Services were executed with kindness, professionalism, comfort, care, patience and thoroughness. Very thoughtful. Thank you (also) for educating on the subject matter and being welcoming.
