  I like the doctors here; they are very good, but there is a lady who works at the front desk. She is a Black, elderly woman who is completely ignorant and rude to people. Her tone of voice, the way she speaks and responds, is completely disrespectful. She always has an aggressive reply. The other day, I called to get more information from my doctor because I wasn’t feeling well, and I was treated horribly by this woman. This is already the third time she has treated me this way. Unfortunately, if this continues, I will have to go somewhere else, because we go to the doctor not to be mistreated or because we want to. We go to the doctor because we need to, and being treated this way by her and seeing that nothing is done to fix it—is very sad. They really should address this woman’s behavior. The other day, I was in the waiting line to see my doctor, and there was an elderly couple she was speaking with. She was completely rude to them, both of them, which made my heart very sad. Please look into this. If someone values my review , please resolve this. The doctors are great, but with this person being completely rude working there, it doesn’t work.
