  If there were negative star reviews that is what this office would receive. I showed up for an 11:00 am appointment today and was told that my appointment had been cancelled. I asked when and why and they said on March 9th because I am no longer a patient there. I had received no notification and drove over 30 minutes to get to this appointment. I am no longer a patient there because of the many attempts I had to make to get a referral from them to see a surgeon. They did not like my phoning them so much. They also accused my husband of loudly cursing in the background during one of these phone calls. That NEVER happened. My calls were made during my office hours and my husband was never present. I have been a patient of this doctor for many years at another location and have never had any problems. This denial of services is simply because the office staff did not want to be bothered by my phone calls in my attempt to get the proper referral I needed. I was treated disrespectfully by the front desk staff and this treatment was witnessed by patients in the waiting room. If I had an opportunity to speak with the physician, which I requested, I feel this situation could have been resolved.
