My doctor Mrs.Heather sharp and she is wonderful to me she treats you life family. She really cares about you and your health. I willingly to wait 2-3 months if she is booked up She’s awesome. I would invite everybody to go to heather Sharp she’s the best

I have no problem with my doctors or any of the facilities. The problem I have is with the system! When I first visited Dr Sharp's office several years ago, I replied in a survey that I needed help with social services. I still have not heard from anybody regarding this! I recently filled out another form with a survey explaining how I needed help with social services. I still haven't received the reply from that one either. I don't think it's fair that you imply that you can help people with social services and apparently you have no intention of doing that!
Tried calling twice this morning regarding a prescription written on 7/20/26. Pharmacy won’t fill because of inaccurate ordering. Spent twenty minutes with 2 different calls and no fix. Had to go through redundant phone process and multiple holds. Very frustrating
My medical visit with Mr. Tripp was very pleasant. He listened to me and allowed me to explain the reason of my visit. He addressed my needs and was very attentive. He allowed me to ask questions and made sure I understood his p.o.c.
Primary care, Mandarin is a great experience! I met Dr. Robbie this week and he was wonderful. He was filling in for Dr. Sharp who is my regular doctor. Heather Sharp is absolutely the best doctor that I have found - she’s committed and experienced, caring and professional . All the people that work at this practice are just the kindest sweetest people and you really feel as if someone cares about you and your treatment. They take time to go over everything.Great care. Great follow up. And they have a lab and x-rays and CAT scan right here so it’s a one stop shop. It’s Absolutely wonderful to have such a great practice so close to home. I highly recommend this practice.
