Ascension St. Vincent's Primary Care - Baymeadows

The phone system at the Baymeadows location is the worst I've ever experienced at a primary care provider's office. I am convinced it is by design. I live 45 minutes away which makes it very inconvenient when I can't get through. doctor to call me back with ecently I had a situation where it took nearly 3 weeks to get a response. I use the portal but nobody reads the messages I guess. Mind blowing!! I don't understand how that's acceptable. I don't blame the doctor. I really like him however one of his assistants is extremely rude and too arrogant to be working in that position. The rest of the office staff are awesome FIX THE PHONE SYSTEMS!!!

VERY UNRESPONSIVE! I can only reach the front desk after calling 4 or 5 times. Whenever I call, I am told that the doctor will give me a call, but no one ever calls. The medication prescribed by Dr. Imam contained substances I am allergic to, even though my records clearly state my allergies and the nurse also listed the medications I am allergic to when I first entered the clinic. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! That is why I tried reaching the office to request a new prescription, but I could not get through to anyone. After repeated calls, I finally reached them, only to be told that the doctor is not available and will not return for at least 5 days. As a result, I am forced to wait for about a week without medication, in pain, until the doctor returns. Lack of adequate medical care is provided at this clinic!

Dr.Hussian immam is kind ; scientific; interested in the care of his patients . The staff are helpful well oriented

Had a Great experience with my initial appointment. Love Dr. Imam and assistant, However, Noone EVER answers the phone. I called 3 times today for different departments waiting almost 20 mins on 3 different occasions and not one time did any one answer. The only complaint is that there should be a better phone system in place.
