Dr. Andrea Silva-Curet is truly phenomenal. She is patient, kind, compassionate, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she always makes sure I understand my care and treatment options. As someone with complex medical issues, having a primary care physician who can manage the big picture is incredibly important to me. Dr. Silva-Curet does exactly that. She carefully oversees my care, coordinates what needs to happen, and makes me feel supported and heard every step of the way. I trust her completely and would not go to another doctor. She is exactly the kind of physician every patient hopes to find.

They were very fast checking patients in and had me in a room before it was even my scheduled appointment time! They were very attentive and Kenny was super friendly and caring. He went over all of my records, discussed my meds, and suggested my next steps of patient care and made me feel comfortable with my decision to join this primary care practice.
I had a really good experience at St. Vincent Ascension. Everything felt organized and professional from the moment I walked in. Alexus at the front desk stood out—she was polite, patient, and very understanding. It was busy, but she stayed calm, took charge, and kept things running smoothly. She definitely deserves recognition and carries herself like someone ready for a leadership role. Dr. Curet was also great. She listened to my concerns, was so sweet, made me feel comfortable and understood me. Overall, a well-run office. I’d definitely give them 5 stars and recommend.
The receptionist was nice. The nurses treated me with respect. However, Priyanka Patel APRN acted like she was either board or tired started yawning. Cane into the exam room didn't ask how I was doing just started arranging appointments for blood work, mammogram etc. Spent maybe 20min max in the room.
My 4 children have been seen here for over 5 years. The front desk service and doctors staff were always great, the waiting was around 15 to 30 minutes your appointment time however, I came 10 minutes passed my appointment time and one of the staff denied my visit telling me that 15 minutes after appointment time was late, the other receptionist told her that she already checked me in because I was in the 15 minute window time but she refused to let me pass in, I explained her that Im not longer live here (jax ) but in Tallahassee without any care on her part. I never changed providers because I love the doctors and staff reasons why I committed over 2.5 hours so my children still in a familiar environment. I requested my 4 children medical records, manager came and apologized and mentioned that it is a new policy to update processing time, ( guess this is new because two months ago I waited 15 minutes for my two daughter be seen) . Im truly disappointed and will take my 4 children to another provider.
