  I want to share some honest feedback about my recent visit. The care itself was excellent, and the staff were professional and friendly throughout my appointment. I have no complaints about the quality of service I received. However, I need to address something that made me deeply uncomfortable: the historical photographs displayed throughout the office. viewing these images from an era marked by segregation and racial injustice created an unsettling environment for me during my visit. While I understand these may be intended as nostalgic local history, they made it difficult for me to feel at ease. I'm sharing this feedback because I believe the practice would want to know how their decor choices affect patients. Creating a welcoming environment for all patients is just as important as providing quality care. I hope the office will consider how their wall decor might impact the comfort of diverse patients.
