The front desk receptionist was incredibly rude and horrible to work with. I arrived in pain and was barely able to make it to this location and she immediately interrupted me and told me about the two hour wait here. Like I understand there will be a wait it’s literally an urgent care?? She was telling me to pretty much go somewhere else but I chose this location because it’s close. She wouldn’t acknowledge anything else and had the craziest attitude. The front desk staff was so rude I literally can’t imagine what they would be like under a crisis. I will never come back here. Like imagine being mad because you tell a patient about a wait and they say they’ll stay?? Like what?
Do not go here if you can help it. I went and payed out of pocket for a test and was told to comeback in 3 days. When I came back they refused to sign my test saying I was 30 minutes late, so I had to pay again for a test 14 days later. Absolutely horrible doctors and nurses. They say one thing and deny they said it two days later. CRAZY
I have had nothing but good experiences with my primary Dr. Anad and the front desk. They are always super kind and helpful. Dr. Anad never makes me feel rushed or looked over, she takes her time but is also very courteous of others times as well. It makes me sad seeing so many negative reviews and experiences, so just wanted to shed some positive light on this doctors office as well
I recommend no one going here if you don’t want to be heard. My gf went here last night and kept me on the phone for a lot of it. I’ve never heard health care providers be so dismissive. Having to basically beg to do a scan she’s been needing to get done. On top of that, telling her she’ll be sent home with some cough syrup to help with a lot of the symptoms, to be prescribed a capsule that doesn’t help with any of her symptoms she was actually worried about. Why is it that these doctors are so dismissive? Do they think themselves so highly that they can’t make mistakes or miss someone? Or being obsessed with asking if she’s pregnant when she told them multiple times in person and on paperwork. Thank god for the one nurse that actually heard her out and was trying to advocate for her. Don’t go here. Go to a place that cares about treating you and not billing you .
This is an awful medical clinic. My wife has had 3 appointments cancelled with absolutely no explanation and then they say the next available slot is months later. Do not bother with them.
