I was a patient over 15 years ago when I was pregnant with my youngest daughter and she has been a patient here ever since. But here lately they act as though they have no clue what is going on I do a better job at diagnosis than they do! I had to take my daughter to a different ER TO FIND OUT IT WAS HER GALLBLADDER NOT A VIRUS MAKING HER SICK! I TOLD MY DAUGHTER THAT WAS WHAT IT WAS BEFORE BAPTIST HEALTH DIAGNOSED HER! Now the doctor here told me if I didn’t hear from specialist at Nemours within two weeks to call them umm no thats not good enough something needs to be done sooner. Then she said oh well give it a couple days to process then call the specialist

Excellent care and a great experience overall. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The doctors and team truly care about their patients, and it shows in the way they treat people. I appreciate their patience, respect, and quality service. Highly recommend this Family Medicine Center to anyone looking for compassionate and professional healthcare.
I really like Sarah Kramer Wallace and the nurse who attends patients here. Sarah listens to what I say and is great at answering my questions. She is also very thorough. I am 69 years old, and this is by far my favorite family medicine practice out of all I have ever gone to.
On time appointment and very professional and helpful care. Dr Nguyen and her staff listened to my problems and afforded me the proper follow-up. I highly recommend this organization.
Its always a pleasant experience! Your wait time is minimal to NONE. My doctor LISTENS to you & your concerns.
