Ascension St. Vincent's Emergency Care - Riverside

I had a Great experience during my visit to St. Vincent's ER on May 11, 2026. All staff was Wonderful and most attentive to my urgent care needs from time of intake until my discharge. I received high quality services in a very timely manner. I was very thankful and impressed with follow up Specialist referral made by my attending physician, he was Awesome as was my nurse. Wonderful, Wonderful Folks and Awesome Services. Thanks & Many Blessings to each of you.

I took my husband here last night for urgent blood work and the staff were lovely and kind. I really want to shout out his nurse once he was in a room, I believe it was Casey M. She was at the end of her shift and still an absolute angel and put up with our antics.

I beg my mother to go to any hospital but here.I guess that mommy knows best flew out the window. This ER she had such high hopes for and St. Vincents Medical fail my mother. Let me share how St. Vincent’s hospital perform multiple test on my mother they did blood work ,ultrasound chest x- ray as well hours and hours went by doctor coms in and look us in the face and said nothing was wrong. With my mother that she was fine.Her sugar was up she just needs to bring it down and sent her home. My mother didn’t get better she fell sicker couldn’t walk wasn’t eating couldn’t move the next day my mom was pale my brother rush here to another hospital (BAPTIST) to learn my 64 year old mother SHIRLEY WILLIAMS with former Health issues who trusted in ST. Vincents Medical has pneumonia. My mother is clinging to her life right now ST. Vincent not only you mis diagnoses my mother you let her down sent her home to parish. The power of prayer and the GOD WE SERVE SHE WILL COME OUT BAPTIST MEDICAL ALIVE AND SHE SHALL GET JUSTICE ..

I'm very familiar with St. Vincent's ER as I have had to bring my mother there numerous times ovee the years as she has chronic health issues. This is the first time I've had to be a patient. I hurt my back & was having severe & debilitating spasms. My entire experience was wonderful. They got me right back to triage & immediately into a room. The doctor was personable & explained what was occurring & how he'd address it at this acute stage (shot for inflammation & pain, 2 Valium). I got home & slept like a baby for hours as I hadn't slept for 2 days. I'm following all discharge instructions & slowly getting better. I thank everyone on the care team for their help & 5-star care!
