Ruled out only a blood clot in my leg bug didn't fully examine my leg or feet telling them I had groin, leg and chest pain. Now I have more leg pain, can barely walk with some thigg swelling and have pelvic pain. If things can't get better quick I'm going to have to go into more debt at another ER. Staff was polite enough but sometimes short like I was bothering them. I wish they would have done more test than just an xray and blood test. I didn't realize till I got home, they even omitted blood test to check for infection. Why would you do that? They didn't tell me that the one markers for infection was actually high. I'd appreciate if someone would get back to me as I might have to go some where else in a few days again for treatment
Went for chest pain and possible heart attack. They took me seriously and took me back immediately. Ran EKG and other tests within minutes of walking in. Gave me meds to stop the pain and explained everything clearly and calmly. The whole staff from the receptionist to the doctors are all amazing. They made the whole experience a whole lot less scary. They were able to calm me down and luckily it wasn't a heart attack. I was literally in and out in two hours. I have dealt with a lot unfortunately because of my health issues but this was the best experience I have had with hospitals and doctors. I highly recommend Ascension if you have any emergencies. No waiting and they take you seriously. 10/10
Had the flu for two weeks, finally decided it was best to go into Ascension. The care was awesome. Was in and out in 54 minutes, couldn't believe it. The facility is very clean, super organized. The doctor and nurses were very responsive, if you need care this is the place to go for sure.
My brother had severe dizziness Worked up for stroke and anything else Spent about 3 hours there having lab EKG cxr CT scan done. Sent home with appropriate med. Today still dizzy but better There were lots of cars in parking lot but only one other person in lobby. Taken back quickly. I was very impressed with service. Friendliness and professionalism
Being given just the absolute dumbest runaround imaginable with this hospital. I came in for chest pain on 3/16/26 & was admitted by the hospital to get a biopsy on thyroid nodules they found on CT. I was EXPLICITLY TOLD I WOULD BE CALLED WITH RESULTS IN 5-10 DAYS. I spent a month calling to get sent in every direct with no results. It is now June & still nothing. Ive been advised to get a Primary Care Doctor & have them request the results????????? Why admit me for testing you won’t give me results for? I even pulled my medical record from the radiology department DIRECTLY & the results aren’t even on there! Confused & incredibly frustrated with this hospital!
