Dr. George S Pilcher has a great team. I met Melody for the first time, and she was thorough in her assessment and evaluation of my heart and general health. Melody was friendly and listed to my assessment before asking other questions and describing her feedback. Another team member whose name I have forgotten, took all of the metrics and conducted the EKG. He was also friendly and thorough. I am extremely satisfied with their performance and my visit overall.

Everyone was very nice. Procedure went well. I had some palpitations after the ablation and Dr. Magnano would not let me go home until the palpitations were gone. He checked on me before and after his next few procedures until he was satisfied that everything was okay. The nurses and staff were all very accommodating. Thank you to all!

It took me a while to put some words together, but I still fall short. You guys are the best. I have never been so cared for in my life. EVERYONE (even though I tried to memorize your names, my brain could not store all of them. Everyone was so wonderful with me, I don't want to miss anyone any names). My brother stayed with me and he was amazed at how well I was taken cared of. Doctors, nurses, assistants, even the cleaning crew!!!! You guys are the best!!!!!!!!!! I love you! Please keep up the great work!!!!!!

After years of neglect by Baptist Heart, my wife and I came to Dr. Ramirez. He is thorough, relentless, thoughtful and willing to work with you as an individual and involve you in the treatment plan. The check in and check out process is friendly, efficient and helpful . Portal usage is the one matter that could be improved. There are too many gate keepers and no clear path as to how to contact the physician when the patient has a question.
