What can I say, I am a person who has nightmare stories regarding past dental visits and have put off and put off and broken and cracked tooth honestly was looking disgusting. Was so nervous my BP was honestly 166/88. Dr Byers was great. Did everything he could to make me feel at ease. But I must give Jennifer a huuuuge applause because she is the one who spent at least 30 minutes talking to me and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She definitely is a big asset to the Bonneval Rd. office which is why I will be going back. She was amazing. Not to mention helping me find the best payment plan for me. She not only made me feel relaxed and at ease but she earned my trust quickly. Thank you Jennifer.
The original appointment with Dr. Sobolev was incredible, 10/10, experience with him and all of the staff that day. We returned yesterday for a follow up and suture removal. We scheduled for yesterday specifically to make sure Dr. Sobolev was there, only to find out he is no longer with the company and we would be seeing his partner, Dr Martin. She and her assistant that day were rude/dismissive, would not listen to anything I said regarding my pain. And only when we walked out of the appointment and were telling Natasha the office manager about everything, and waiting on our uber, did she send a different assistant out to say she can do a dry socket examination, which was what we had been asking for since walking in the door, confirming my wife was being ignored and their pain dismissed. We will never be returning. Ms Natasha deserves a raise for her understanding and compassion though!
I believe that I was sent to ASAP Total Dental Care for the kindness, compassion and concern the staff members there. I’ve been to several dentist offices and never have I felt so welcoming and just at home by their professional staff and the way they care. I recently had a consultation with another (brand new) Dental Office and was not ever treated like Dr. and staff provided to me at ASAP TOTAL DENTAL CARE . I may have to have extensive medical/surgical procedures, but I’m glad that I went with ASAP Total Dental Care. Way to go staff members your kindness is very much appreciated at this time. 8-7-26
everyone was super welcoming and sweet!! took such great care of me despite how anxious I was and wasn’t judgmental when I told them about how I haven’t gotten a cleaning in a long time. I have braces and they made sure to be considerate of my situation and worked with my ortho to keep me on track for my back to back appointments. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a dental office that is compassionate and caring.
I went to this dental office for what should have been a fairly straightforward crown replacement, but unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. My first appointment went fine. I was fitted with a temporary crown and told the permanent crown would take about a month. No problem. However, several hours after getting home, I ate some soup, yes, soup, and the temporary crown fell out. I returned for a second visit and was refitted with the same temporary crown. By the very next day, it fell out again while I was eating soft food. On my third visit, my permanent crown had arrived and was fitted, but the color did not match my existing teeth. That crown was temporarily cemented while I waited yet again for another permanent crown in the correct shade. Before leaving, I was given an appointment card with the date to return and have the corrected permanent crown fitted. I showed up on the date clearly written on my appointment card, only to find that the dental office was closed. At this point, what began as a simple crown replacement has required multiple visits, two failed temporary crowns, a permanent crown that did not match, another waiting period, and now a wasted trip because I was scheduled for an appointment on a day the office wasn't even open. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that dental work sometimes requires adjustments. However, the repeated issues and lack of attention to scheduling and follow-through have made this experience unnecessarily inconvenient and frustrating. I expected much better communication and quality control from a professional dental practice.
