ASAP Atlantic Dental Care

My experience has been very nice at this location. The ladies were very helpful. T did a great job getting my X-rays. The doctor was through and made me feel comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful with finding me a financial plan that worked for me. Going to the dentist can often be stressful for some and I’m one of those people so I appreciated the comfort and ease that they made me feel.

This was my first visit at ASAP on Atlantic Blvd. Very kind and professional staff. They seemed to be quite busy when I got there so my appointment started a little later than expected but they were very thorough and were able to do a complete exam and got me on the schedule for all the work I need done. They did a fantastic job of explaining what they were doing at every stage of the exam and what needs to be done to protect my teeth in the long run. They were also very helpful in explaining and breaking down the financial aspects of everything.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very unprofessional way of running this business. I went in because I had severe wisdom tooth pain. They told me I needed to have all four wisdom teeth removed, and I agreed. They offered me an appointment for Wednesday at 3:00 PM, but I told them I needed to check my work schedule first. I returned the next day to book the appointment. Initially, they quoted me $2,400 after coupons. When I questioned the price, Kiara went to speak with the doctor and came back with a new price of $1,783.50. However, when I tried to finalize the appointment, they suddenly changed the price again to $2,440. The pricing kept changing without any clear explanation, which made me lose trust in the practice. It felt very unprofessional and misleading. Instead of focusing on patient care, it seemed like they were more focused on changing prices. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

I had just left my scheduled appointment with a "new" (parttime?) surgeon at my former dental office, Harbour Dental on Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, who chose not to honor my doctor's release and refuse to give me relief. We walked into ASAP Atlantic Dental cold, and after a couple hours of getting paperwork in order, I have that appointment in 3 days! The people at the desk, Kim and Heather, are one-of-a-kind customer- oriented people with HUGE hearts I've only seen in hospital ICUs! Heather walked us through everything we need to know, including a program the company offers for patients without dental insurance. We walked out the door feeling happy and satisfied.
