We had our dryer vent completely clogged and called ASAP Amelia to clear it out. They showed up right on time, got the job done quickly, and charged a very fair price for the work. On top of that, the technician was genuinely friendly and easy to deal with the whole time. It's rare to get prompt, affordable, and personable service all in one visit, but that's exactly what we got. Highly recommend them for dryer vent cleaning.
Today I had a recheck of my dryer vent cleaning that was done by Jerry. The dryer vent had been cleaned recently, but clothes were taking longer to dry and the laundry room felt hot when I used it. Jerry came in and assessed the situation. Ended up being a blockage at the vent end on the outside of my 3-story townhouse. Despite needing to climb out of a jalousie window and on to a tin roof, he did it. It was in the 90s today and he went on the roof twice, the second time being to check and make sure the vent was cleared and the area was cleaned. I'm very impressed with the level of Customer Service that I received and Jerry's attention to detail. I have used their services before and have never been disappointed. ASAP Amelia Is locally owned and they deliver what they promise!
Jerry was fantastic, thorough and educational! My ducts were cleaned by a different company 5 yrs ago and it sure is a huge difference the effort Jerry put in! I highly recommend utilizing his services as a trusted local.
Jerry was "fantastic"! On time, very efficient, friendly. Cleaned my dryer duct & did amazing job, made great suggestions to make it more efficient! Then went above and beyond to help me make it happen. I could not of asked for better service, I would highly recommend Jerry!!! Thank you!!!
