From day one until my very last day, I had a wonderful experience living here! A special thanks to Rosa she was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and always took great care of me personally. The community is clean, accessible, and has an amazing maintenance team that handles everything promptly. If I ever move back to the US, ARIUM will definitely be my first choice again. Highly recommend!
Really glad I moved here! The office and maintenance teams are so helpful and efficient. Rosa made everything so easy for me, from signing the lease to moving in and handling any maintenance requests. Andrew is also great and always happy to help. On top of that, the maintenance guys respond really fast. Everyone made it so easy for me to settle down quickly. Plus, the neighbors are friendly and the community just has a very welcoming vibe.
Such a cozy and cute unit! Great neighborhood and community. Friendly staff, decent amenities, and overall clean complex. This place is not for you if you're looking for a high-end luxurious overly modern apartment complex/resort; but if you're in the market for a reasonably priced, practical yet newly remodeled home that has its own unique characteristics and feel, then Arium is the place for you. Also, shoutout to Rosa in the leasing office; she genuinely went above and beyond to answer all my questions and accommodate my needs. This complex is lucky to have such a wonderful professional working for them! Thank you, Rosa!
The Leasing Manager, Rosa, gave me such a pleasant tour a few months back. She knew exactly which layout I'd like the most! Rosa also ensured my move-in was speedy and smooth. Everyone else in the office has been enjoyable to speak with, too. My neighbors seem great. I can run to the beach in the mornings. And there are all sorts of stores close by. Very happy with Surfside so far :)
Brandon in maintenance is absolutely wonderful! He’s always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything that comes up. He genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Such a great asset to the team!
