Aritzia

I moved from Virginia to Florida a few weeks ago, and the weather here is warming up pretty quickly. Because of that, I needed to pick up some spring and summer clothes, so I stopped by this Aritzia to check out their selection and get a little more familiar with the area. I have to say, this Aritzia has the best staff on the floor. I can’t remember the associate’s name, but she was blonde with beautiful blue eyes and the most charismatic personality, super friendly and welcoming. I’ve visited the Aritzia stores in Tysons Corner and Georgetown, and I have to say this was the best experience I’ve had while shopping at an Aritzia location. This really reinforces my belief that each store is a reflection of its management. When people are happy and have a great manager, it shows in how they treat customers and in the energy on the floor. To the staff at this location: you ladies are doing an amazing job!

I had a very lovely experience here. The employees who had assisted me were all very kind and helpful - all three of them. I know Aritzia stores are notoriously known for having snotty employees, but this isn’t always the case. Shout out to the employees here for their excellent customer service!

Although the style of clothing is trendy and cute, the experience in store makes you not want to come back. You immediately get approached by an associate every time you go in there about what you’re looking for and although that’s not a bad thing, that is where the customer service stops. Upon gathering some dresses to try on I went to the fitting rooms where there is no mirror in the room and you must walk out into a large open area to see what the outfit looks like. In the dressing room an employee told me that she would get additional size clothing for me to try on. I waited over 10 minutes and asked another employee for help obtaining the other sizes. This was then that I learned that the original person helping me put my clothes on the fitting room return rack and made no attempt to actually get the sizes I had asked for. Additionally, it is very obvious that people are treated differently in the store. Employees went above and beyond to chat and get additional clothing in the fitting rooms for wealthier looking individuals, well other people were not approached at all and had to go out of their way to ask for help.

I had driven over an hour to get my hair done and stopped in at Aritzia because I needed a capsule.wardrobe, had money to.spend. a young lady walked.up and i.explained.to ber.i needed a capaule.wardrobe. Rather than help me ahe walked away. This has happened to me twice now. She seemed clueless. Please hire some.mature women to service mature women. Its very hard for a 53 yo to.relate to a 20 year old salesperson.
